Flights arrive daily into the international airport just south of Zihuatanejo.  You can grab a cab at the airport for around $60 U.S. one-way or rent a car.  There are a number of car rental companies located at the airport.  It is best to get your rental online before reaching Zihuatanejo. 

Follow highway #200 for approximately 40 kilometers from the airport to the Troncones turn, then left about 3 kilometers.  From the airport travel north through Zihuatanejo on highway #200.  (Many people go to one of the large grogery stores in Zihuatanejo for food, beverages, and supplies, you can ask us for directions)  You will past through about a half dozen lights.   Just past Zihuatanejo the highway will climb a large hill, just before Ixtapa, at the top of the hill take the right highway #200 exit, Lazaro Cardenas exit.  Continue following highway #200 until the Troncones turn.  The Trocones turn is well marked, just past the church on your left.   Once in Troncones follow the road until it comes to a T just before the ocean and turn right and then it is about 4K to our resort.  (There is only one main road in Troncones)The road will turn to gravel and follow it for another 3 kilometers.  You will follow a 90 degree bend stay to the right and head past Eden and Tronco Bay Inn, we are the second house on the left past the only building on the right.  Our manager's two story house is right next to the road and our entrance gate.  Jose's art teacher has painted a large "Merece Tus Suenos" sign and ocean scene on the road side of the house.
